Hello all, I APOLOGIZE FOR THE DUMB QUESTIONS I AM ABOUT TO ASK IN ADVANCE!!!!
Just bought a 1968 Nova
Original 6cyl car,3 speed manual
Going to go with a (396-375hp) BB clone style build

I have a 11.5-1 comp 427 I'm building, using Vortec Pro heavily ported 781's, solid roller,163 manifold, Holley carb, etc,, and M20 trans, along with a 12 bolt rear for the project.

Let me start by saying I cant afford to go to the extreme of buying date coded parts, etc
Looking for a nice build ,nicely detailed vehicle, I wont be scared to drive and that APPEARS CORRECT to the average spectator

Questions I have are:
1-Does anyone make a manual front disc brake setup that looks OEM? Assume it will have to be 69' and up rotor type do to no 2 piece rotors?
2-Would this type car normally be a multi-leaf setup in rear?
3-What number of spoke fan blade would it have?
4-I may go to 69' accessory, as I like the look of the long water pump brackets better, and if I do, does the crank have a double groove pulley and single water pump groove pulley with manual steering?
5-When going to 4-speed on the floor, with a bench seat, how does shifter mount into, through floor?
6-What style fan shroud upper mount is used to hold it to core support?
7-Are the mechanical repro BB fuel pumps ok for a 450-475Hp engine?

That's all for now,as I'm sure ill have more info needed as I move along

Thanks again
Nick
