View Full Version : Fuel Tank Sending Units

Has anyone used the repro fuel tank sending units? Ground Up Resto's site shows quite a price difference between the GM version @ $150 vs a repro at $35. I believe you typically get what you pay for, but a sending unit is a pretty basic piece and I don't understand the $115 price diff - the GM version is 4X+ the price of the repro. Am I missing something here?

I would suggest checking with Wayne at NNN...he would know.
Given the time and effort involved to change the sending unit...it would make sense to use the best one possible the first time.

X2 I have used the reproductions on all my restorations. Try your local auto parts store they may be able to get it for you.
