Bunch of other stuff too, just not letting it out yet.

Not sure on clutch, but will probably be one Cale's 2 disc rams with Nash 4+1 I've had sitting.

Car is a original L-34 Nova. Factory is Garnet Red with black interior, m212 and 12 bolt.

Now it sits with 10 point cage, some rear suspension work and modified front end as well.

trying to keep it as OEM as possible, but with headers and other small changes that needs to be done.

We have modelled this a few different times and the software keeps saying around 860Hp. Will believe that when I see it. Motor needs about 1070 CFM of air to get there, just harder with the 4150, but can be done.

We started this little plan back in 2011. There has been many set-backs and trying to make a motor like this live, and still be crazy fast. have been a far more daunting experience than I first imagine. I certainly don't have anywhere NEAR the time, patience or skill Albert does with his 300 Deluxe ZL-1.

My whole goal was:

To take the BEST of what GM offered in 1969. a BB ZL-1 block (052) use there best heads and intake, "074's" and "198", put it in there lightest car, Nova, and just see what could have been possible??? Now I know with the roller and everything else, I'm FAR exceeding what the guys could even DREAM of in 1969. I firmly believe that this car can run in the 8's. Will it, only time will tell. I'm quite aware of the value of an 052 block assembly so I'm not going to really put it. So I have got "most" of the parts to build a ZLX and beat the living crap out of it to just see how fast one could go with mostly GM major components. The ZLX with have the benefit of the 2X4's on a tunnelram as well.
