What is this bracket?

I know it's off a Camaro but no clue what is it? Alternator bracket for headers?

After market short water pump alternator bracket with headers I believe

mounts on headers for alternators on the drivers side. has a second L shaped bracket that mounts to the slotted holes and the alternator bolts to it. hope that helps
