Hi Gents,
I'm looking to purchase an oil resistant mat to fit nicely under 1 car to protect the floor from stains. Any experience with which is the best?
Poking around I found the links below. Any feedback would be great!
Thanks,
Dan

Hay Dan, I know your not cheap like me, but cardboard works well and you don't have to clean it... <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif

Lol, Mike... I was thinking cardboard but for additional space, I'm *permanently* borrowing the parent's garage and installing a lift, so I want to be a good son and protect their property. Otherwise - you and I are aligned 100%

The rubber backed rugs you see when you walk into department stores work well and look ok. I bought a bunch years ago for a dollar a piece that were ones one of the companies that supplies them were getting rid of. See who supplies locally and ask. Otherwise they throw them out.

Go to Walmart and get a flat metal drip pan they sell in the auto section. It's about 2' wide by 4' long.

Recently went to look at some cool cars. Guy had adult diapers under the leakers. Said they worked better than anything else he had ever tried. I have the big metal drip trays from O'Reillys. They also happen to fit up on my four post lifts, and I trust them more than the plastic ones that came with the lifts.
