... I had seen this sign online before

.... I think it had to do with early porcelain penny scales that would have you answer questions

.... but not sure if it attached to a wall .... or on the penny scale

.... My nephew graduated this past Sat. from UVA <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/scholar.gif

.... so I gave it to him ... he loves it <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/beers.gif
