I installed a new Be Cool radiator (10168) last night. Very nice quality. What are you guys doing about fan shrouds and the bottom two mounting bolts? I'd rather not drill through the core support, so I'll probably drill the radiator mount if I don't find a better solution. I was able to get the top two mounting bolts in no problem along with the top shroud bolt. The stock shroud ends up sitting on the fins about 2" up from the bottom. I also haven't figured out how to mount the bottom part of the shroud yet. Any suggestions?
Other than that it fit well and wasn't moving around at all, so I took it for a drive. Everything is working together nicely. I love that they're made not far from me here in Michigan!
Here's a couple pics of my install:

You have adjustment slots for the radiator flange. Do none of those work for you? Shroud not much you can do without welding or fabbing up a clip to secure the lower shroud. I would probably bend up a 18 or so gauge steel and use the lower bolt holes and make a tab so the shroud can slide into it.

FWIW Im running a Be Cool rad and elec fan on the blue car and it bolts up just fine. Ill get pics if you need them on which slots I used.

I'd love to see that if you get a chance to snap a pic. Do you have a 10168 radiator or another model?
I hear you on fabbing a bracket for the lower shroud. I'll come up with something. I just was seeing what other guys were doing so I didn't have to reinvent the wheel if I saw something I liked. No worries.

I just ran some part numbers and I think I see what happened. I bought the Aluminator series. It was $300. $250 less than the direct fit radiators. When I bought it I thought it was a direct fit. No worries. It's identical to the direct fit ones, just the mounting holes are in different places. They also have an OE series that are around $750 and already are painted black. They look nice, but I'm going to stick with the one I have I think for the price difference. I appreciate the feedback!

Great pic Darrel. Thanks. Is your lower mount going into a captured nut or is it something different? It's not the same as the top is it? Mine just has a blank hole right there. I'm running an A/M core support right now. My original looks like it might have a nut mounted in rubber like maybe a barrel nut? It wouldn't be a big deal here, but the back side of the hole is in a boxed in area that I can't put a nut on.

EDIT: Yep, looks like I'm missing a radiator expansion nut. I hate that... Thanks for the pic Darrel!

Both nuts are the same. Not original but correct size for the expansion nuts.
