I was sorting through my stash of master cylinders and have 3 5470409 cylinders with the bleeders on them. One has a 2 letter code of EB, one with BE and the last one BB. I'm pretty sure the "BB" code is for '70 Chevelle and possibly Monte Carlo with power disc brakes. Can anybody verify that and possibly tell me what the "EB" and "BE" cylinders may have been used on? I've seen everything from W30-W31 manual disc to '70 Z28 power disc for the "EB" code and have come up empty handed on the "BE" code.
Also were the bleeders only used on disc brake cars? Thanks in advance if anyone can help. Troy

My 69 Chevelle SS396 convert still has the original master cylinder on it, and it is coded BA....original disc brake car, built early January of 69 at Kansas City.

Thanks for the replies. This is the 70 and up square style.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but does anyone know what a 69 style 5469309 disc brake master with an EA code would be for?
