NCRS report

I just received the NCRS report for my '66 Corvette. The report states the original delivery dealer was Foreign Distributors Div./Export. The original delivery dealer was dealer code 1 zone 21..From my research that comes back as G. Jantzen Chevrolet. This car was thought to have originally been sold new in Hawaii as it is a heater delete car. The car is documented as having lived in Hawaii.

To confirm, are you saying the NCRS report noted the 01/21 Zone/Dealer Code <span style="text-decoration: underline">and</span> Foreign Distributors as the Delivering Dealer?
If so, it could be an NCRS mistake and just wrong code noted or maybe the lad in the service ordered from his hometown dealer Jantzen for delivery in Hawaii where he was stationed?
