Are you talking about the plate that is soldered into the radiator ?
Unlike Camaros, Chevelles have a tin plat on top that bolts to the radiator support and holds the radiator in place. Shroud also bolts to that plate up top.
I think he is talking about this piece: radiator bracket (http://www.ebay.com/itm/chevelle-radiator-hold-down-bracket-ss-72-/191892630421?hash=item2cadb12b95:g:CDEAAOSwMNxXWa6 O&vxp=mtr)

I have a 70 Chevelle, one owner car. It is a 350 with a/c, so not sure if that's the cover you're looking for.

Assuming the tower clamps are 1970 what are they worth ? What is that Charcoal canister worth ?

Located and purchased. Thanks everyone.
Rick
Charcoal canister would be worth a lot if a big block. Small block units are not that hard to come by. Hipo big blocks are REALLY tough to find. Not sure what they are bringing today but I know I dread the next NA9 car I get in needing a full set up as it will be VERY costly. Clamp prices are all over the place depending on dates and condition.
