'67 RS/SS vert on ebay

I like this car, but suspect more paint work than the rear quarter. Aren't the latches and screws unpainted on '67's? Also, looks like the firewall has been painted and some other parts fluffed. Anyone know the car or see other issues? Seller is a dealer...
