This is a pair black and gold California dealer license plates. These were issued from 1963-1969 to dealers only to use on demos and on test drives. Most were really beat up from transferring from car to car and being constantly moved around. These are very nice. Finding a single is possible but finding matched pair with the same number is unheard of.
