Project...NOM and missing trans...owner suspects it's a 350hp car due to the fuel line configuration. Northern car, so I'd expect it will need the usual metal. $11,500 buy-it-now seems steep to me. What do you guys think?

It's more than I would want to spend for a NOM car with that much rust. The 67 67 paint code indicates the vinyl top was not factory installed, which to me is a plus.

Agreed...and good catch on the solid top....

I would be suspect and want to to check over a car like that ( having an added v. top) very close. I have seen cars sectioned together ( 2 to make 1) joined at the top of the windshield/roof and across the floor pan.

The car was on Ebay a couple of months ago. I think it sold for around $8,500.00.

The dead give-away clue is the "A" on the cowl tag...that denotes a black interior trim color and 'zero' exterior trim options. So the vinyl roof and window trim were added. With that said, it still might be an interesting project for someone...but, considering there are other much better BB project cars available in the mid to high 20's...I would pass.
