I work for a company that produces street signs for local towns. I want to make a sign for my friends garage. basically i want to have a slippery when wet sign produced. but i want the back end of the vehicle to be a 1969 chevelle. i have scoured the web and can't find anything that can be used. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics/usergals/2016/11/full-66-51678-slippery_when_wet_w8_5_288x288

Mike,

I would be interesting in purchasing one of these signs.....after seeing the finished product, the size and the price.

GREAT IDEA <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif

Dealers used to get a binder with line art that would be used for newspaper ads. It was all in black and white, and would be similar to the illustrations in the first few pages in parts books. That would be a good place to start.
The next suggestion is a program that scans a photo and turns it into a bitmap. You can then turn it into vector art for cutting on a plotter.
I'm in the sign business........... <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif

thanks guys. we tried a scan but had difficulty getting it to look correct. it would have to look simple. maybe an artist can get me closer. i'm gonna keep searching.
