1970 Camaro Z/28 Bumper Jack 0B date

This is a nice February 1970 bumper jack in unrestored condition, the mast is original plating, I just cleaned it in evapo-rust and put boeshield on it. I am not 100% sure everything here is correct, I am sure the experts will chime in if not.
