Crosss sticker on 1970 open element air cleaner

Is there a schematic or spec for installing the cross flag sticker on a 1970 open element air cleaner lid .This is for a dec 69 built 1970 L78 Nova.What I need to know is the distance between the tip if the cross flag to the crown of the lid.Thanks for the help.Bob

Check a 1970 Nova assembly manual,as there's a section in there showing specs like that,if you can't find someone w/an original air cleaner lid still holding one.

Rick thanks for the reply and suggestion.My 1970 Chevy/Nova assembly manual does not show the distance.It shows the sticker for the cross flags for the L34 open element air cleaner but no distance and for the L78 it shows the dual snorkel air cleaner that came out in the end of January/beginning of February also with no distance.Bob
