cowl hood piercing 03d car x44

anyone ever seen a cowl hood piercing hole on the firewall open on a 69 Camaro x44 that was not a copo? the car has a small block heater box 10 bolt rear non Muncie speedo routing.

According to the option list ZL2 required SS or Z28, no never seen one. It would have this hole for the wire harness clip if factory installed, note the clip is in this picture.

it looks like it has an orange wire with a grommet running out of it kind of hard to see crappy internet pictures.
