It was the only manual trans.that was available for it.
Think the seller is in error of calling this a power steering delete car.You can't delete something it never had in the first place.
Think VVS may be in error by notating RPO D-35 as both Left AND Right door mirrors. This car only has 1.
Very cool car.

I don't think I have ever seen a Chevrolet of any type with only one 'sport' mirror from the factory....thought they only came in pairs, but this car certainly appears to have never had one on the passenger door. Very cool car indeed.

I've seen just the opposite Bill, more had 1 from the factory than 2.
D-33 was the more common single drivers door remote mirror. Some 97,000 1971 Chevelles go it.
D-35 was the optional & extremely scarce matching passenger door non-remote bullet mirror.
My comment was just wondering why this car doesn't have it,(looks like it never did),or if VVS was wrong.

Rick, I guess I may be thinking more in terms of the 2nd gen Camaros <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif
