Anyone know the Holley Kit # for the 1970 L-78 List 4557 carb? Is it just the regular 3310 Kit ?
Thanks, Gary

I would double check with Eric at Vintage...he will give you the correct info. He can also do a great job on the rebuild or restoration <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif

Thanks Guys,
I'll try him! Just looking to get it running right now... teardown will begin next fall.
Floor is patched... lots of parts on order. Numbers trans has been recovered... full born with drivetrain now intact.

Gary...Eric can do a straight up rebuild or a total restoration. If all you need is function...save the pretty stuff for later.
I can assure you he will deliver a first rate job...no excuses and provide excellent service...before, during and after <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/scholar.gif
How about posting some photos of this bad boy L78 car...I always wanted to see one <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/rolleyes.gif

To be perfectly honest, I have no idea what the current Holley part # is for a correct kit. <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif
Holley has consolidated so many applications into a handfull of kits I can't keep track of what kits contain what power valves, needle & seats, etc., plus they come with those awful blue "non-stick" (yeah, right) gaskets which I detest. That's why I build my own kits from bulk using parts sourced from a handfull of vendors--that way I know 100% what I'm getting.
I can put together a kit consisting of the parts I use, but I'll need to know how complete of a kit you'll need--do you want/need floats?--secondary diaphragm?--choke pull-off?--filters?--etc.

Like I said:
"I would double check with Eric at Vintage...he will give you the correct info."
..and now you have it.

Hi Eric,
Please price a kit with everything and let me know. Thanks for your help, Gary
I'll try to get a couple photos posted next weekend although I'm pretty certain it won't live up to the "wilma" standards ""always wanted to see one"" Ha Ha !
Gameplan is to put the car into the Spring "World of Wheels" Barnfind display. It's been in storage waiting it's turn for longer than anticipated, so pretty dusty but the Numbers are still there!
I'm looking for a radiator shroud top mounting bracket if anyone knows of one ? Thanks, Gary
