Probably worth about 1/2 the asking price depending on the block casting date.

The only way it's worth 50 large (IMO) is if it has a VIN and you have that car. Then, possibly more!

Ok thanks. More curious then anything as I thought 427king got about 15K for a bare block these days.

Complete engine might go for $25K. Bare block maybe $15K again all depends on casting dates and condition. Of course an engine from one of the original cars could easily top $50K.
