MILL Gauge

Any recommendations on the purchase of a mill gauge? I'm ok spending maybe couple hundred??? I want it for personal use. And any tips on use?

If you are talking about paint thickness I bought one on Amazon for about 20 bucks that is rlectronic and seems to work fine
