Would a car like above be a special order? I thought most on the high end engine option would have been six pack. Figured somebody would instantly know here.

Dual quad = "Super Duty". I think they built one SD Grand Prix in '63 (a white one) but it was a regular production option. (My Pete McCarthy book as at home so I cannot verify).
"Six Pack" = I believe the term you are looking for is "Tri Power" <<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/wink.gif. That was the HO engine, which was a step down from the SD, but also readily available.

----Yup! SDs stopped in 1964. My old 64 was just an HO/4-speed, but they are very rare and probably way more driveable than a Super Duty. On the street there wouldn't be enough difference car to car to make the lack drive ability of the SD desireable IMHO!!!
