No trolling just trying to get the scoop. I'll ask again - was this car bought by Mr. Montini originally?

Did that car ever reside in Indiana? I looked at one as a teenager, maybe around 1980-81. Lemans Blue, bucket seat no console 4-sp and low miles. The right quarter may have been repaired or replaced because the stripe was painted on and not a decal. The car I looked at had Rally's like in the original photo. Probably not the same car but it was sure equipped the same way....

Original exhaust still on the car when found. Ditto on some papers.

Troy, if I am not mistaken the car went direct from PA to Bloomington, MN when Vince E. found it. Never in Indiana that I am aware of.

Thanks Rick. The color, buckets with no console and low miles made me wonder.

Ahhh. Small world. I too saw it on my last travel to Seattle during an inspection.

Hey Rich, I read awhile ago that Don wanted the X on the trim tag, it was for no console . plus it was cheaper and buckets were sportier. But it was only for a short time.
