I might be mistaken but the 427 in this clone L72 '68 Bel Air sure looks like a MQ code block that has been decked. I wonder if the codes could be extracted using that forensics trick that's been discussed here.

Without the casting date who is to say it isnt a 7 or 8 L78..??..
