...regarding the lift hook. Because for some reason this new pm format will not allow me to reply or generate a new message or any other conceivable function to reply to your pm. Thanks. And yes, I am very frustrated. My time is valuable and customers are valuable. I don't like spending an hour of my time to trying to answer a pm.

How are you trying to send a pm? What exactly are you clicking on?

What happens when you do the above? Error message or ?

There is no reason why you can't send and receive pm's that I can see, and you obviously have as you show pm's in both your inbox and sent folder.

The mentioned recipient had sent a PM to buy a part I have listed. It was in the early morning hours and I replied in the simple message reply. When I hit send it went blank and showed the original message but no indication that my reply was sent. I went to "sent messages" function and it did not show up in that box. Then I hit the back button and copied the message. I tried every conceivable way of getting the message back to the original PM initiator, with no success. This includes trying to to make a new PM entirely separate from the reply feature. Every time I would look to see if it sent, it had not. After almost an hour of this, I posted here and left the copied and pasted original message in my add. This was on my Iphone 6S. Since switching over to my laptop this morn, I was able to do this PM reply successfully and I deleted the info in my ad.:crazy::dunno::confused:
