Pass the word for Chevelle-Fest. We have 20 rooms left for Thursday, 35 rooms for Friday and 35 rooms for Saturday. Over 430 room nights have already been booked. We have 137 rooms booked


We are sitting at about 100 entry's and only have room for 200.... Please send your entry in ASAP - it helps us plan the show much more efficiently! Thanks

The Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals is a proud sponsor of the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club. We will be giving away an entry to the show during our awards presentation. The Chevelle chosen for the event must be able to travel to the event and must be one of the best Chevelles at the Show. Do you have what it takes to proudly represent the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club in Chicago? Mark Meldrum will be looking for just the right Chevelle throughout the weekend. He is looking for an all original fresh restoration any year that fits the bill as a Muscle Car. Please see him if you are interested in being evaluated for the award. This award is a $200 Value and the winner will receive an NOCC jacket to be presented at the show in Chicago.

Dragway 42. While this is not a sanctioned NOCC event, the owners of Dragway 42 have committed to creating a special Chevelle Lane during their Test n Tune on Friday Evening. They tore this track down to the dirt and rebuilt it completely. It is a state of the art brand new facility. They have only been operating the facility for a couple months so I am not completely sure what to expect. Aug 4th Gates Open: 4 pm, Testing: 5 pm Gates Close: 11 pm Race: $15 General Admission: $10 Kids 6-12 General Admission: $5 9161 Rainbow Hwy West Salem, OH 44287 Dragway 42 will have Chevelle VIP parking area. You will pay at the ticket booth and proceed to the Chevelle VIP area. You will receive a tech card and wrist band. You can run the test and tune as much as you want and return to the VIP area.

The track is roughly a 40 minute drive from the Strongsville Holiday Inn show location. About 38 miles south down Interstate 71 which is right next to the hotel.

PS: I have a side trip planned before NOCC to visit Tweed Vorhees, a life long Olds guy. He is restoring Ron Garey's 1968 Chesrown Olds Ram Rod:-) Also planning to see a few Olds guys at the show:-) Chevelle/Cutlass... all fun:-) all friends!!
