What the hell's happened to Photobucket??

Spent the last 30+ minutes UNsuccessfully trying to load a video clip--they've got that place so loaded down with spam & ads now it's 100% unusable? I lost count of how many times I reset NoScript, Adblock & Ghostery all to no avail. At one point it locked my whole computer up where I thought I was going to have to force a re-start.

Any other options for temporary file uploads?

Idk but I used to use bucket for everything.. But about a year or 2 ago when they started all that bs I stopped using it.. I guess its true that nothing is never really free..

All done with Photobucket because of the pop ups etc. Check out Flickr. The only thing I don't like about it is they make you sign up through Yahoo and there isn't away to post pics to forums from your smart phone. Other than that, it has a TON more space and it's easy to use.

YOU JUST NEED TO DOWN LOAD AD BLOCKER PLUS...and it fixs everything wrong with PB..its free..and it changes everything about surfing the net...

its an extension that blocks pop ups etc..i was about to give up on PB..and found ABP and its better for me now than years ago.

PB used to be my go to photo server too but i too have the same issue with loading and ads. I don't use it anymore. I use imgur and amazon prime photos

Yeah I was having all kinds of problems with PB and I took marxjunk's advice on downloading ABP and it has fixed 99% of the issues with PhotoBucket.

Even with Ad Blocker, Photobucket blows now. It was taking forever to load (even with a good connection) and it doesn't have a ton of space like Flickr does. I ran out... I did like it for a long time though, so I don't blame some of you for sticking with it.

My son installed an ad blocker on my PC and it works wonders.
