Had these a long time. Just fished them out of the barn. I looked for quite a while online to try and ID these, but could not. I am sure someone, here, will tell me within minutes?:youguysrock:
On the backside starting at 12:00 position it says, "wheel dist.", 3:00, "Ontario Calif.", 7:00, "max wheel load 1580lbs", 10:00, "15X7".:scholar: 4 3/4-5 lug.
Thanks sYc.

Looking at a ton of photos trying to identify the wheels I notice that each company (Ansen, M/T, US Indy, etc) always put their name on the inside.

IMO . . . "Wheel Dist" was the name of the company and their location was Ontario CA. Probably a knockoff

There were (and are) several foundries in Ontario California. Probably made there. Maybe AFX wheels that Penneys used to sell.

Sears and Montgomery Wards also sold Slot Mags.

Maybe Warshawsky & Co. knockoffs.

"Sears and Montgomery Wards also sold Slot Mags"...Did not know that, no Sears in my hometown but we had a Penneys with a "speed shop" section in their auto department. I agree that the wheels in question are probably a "knockoff".

Hey, thanks for all the replies. If they are "knock offs"? They are the only set that seemed to survive, because I have not seen another with those markings.

I have a chrome set of slotted A/FX wheels on my nova dated 1969. They are from JC Penney's. Chrome is still real good!
