Dealer Directory?

Has anyone ever heard of or seen a Dealer directory that included addresses, zone and codes for dealers? I am aware of the various sites out there and on forums that have dealer listings where you can add to them if you like in addition to NCRS's on-line site.
Just thought there had to be some type of directory or dealer listing for Chevrolet or GM Dealers that was produced by General Motors back in the day?
