Do not use freightcenter regardless of the quote they give you to suck you in. Sent a 12 bolt rear rated at 305 lbs. Got a bill the next month and they claimed it weighed 905 lbs and charged my card almost 600.00 overage fee Evidently the tire of the forklift must have been on the scale or that is just how they operate...No call back from customer service and they say no refunds on the bill of lading ...in Cc dispute now. Nothing but headaches.Beware!!!!!!

905 lbs? I had no idea I could lift that much weight in & out of my truck by myself!

Freightquote or Fastenal - they have a spot in Danbury/Bethel over near Target that I've used.

Perfect case of either the forks or wheel of the forklift being on the scale. Any idiot that looks at the 600 lb discrepancy from scale weight to bill of lading should know to recheck that. Then agqain they probably get a cut of what they overcharge people.

Those reviews are absolute shipping nightmares! The guy with the family heirloom statue that got damaged and broke, never delivered and that the shipper was taking some place for repair???? Holy crap does that one break all the rules of common sense or what?
