Karen played the first round today in the NYS Women's Amateur Golf event. There are 2 divisions...an open and mid-am...she is tied for 9th.

She got home and gave me the report...tee to green was on the money...putting was a little off...three 3 putts today:tongue: greens are slicker than owl poop...next two days will be hot/steamy...maybe some rain.

She was hoping Tibor would drop by to caddie...seems like he is missing in action:rolleyes2:

Round 2 was great, she shot a 78 and moved up the board...round 3 wasn't as good...ended up coming in 15th. Oh well, even the pros have a bad day.

Next month she travels to Pinehurst for the North-South Invitational...they will be playing 1, 2 and 8 :grin:

Hopefully Tibor can make this one :rolleyes2:
