Challenger fender tag code

Any Mopar guys know what the 2nd code on the first line is Y84 I couldnt find anything on it.

Y84 = New car service - dealership pre-service

What that means I have no idea.

More Info:

The "new car service" was performed at the assembly plant/or other Chrysler affiliate not the selling dealer.

The answer I got on E body forum is that if a car was ordered at a dealer but delivered some where other than a dealer then the factory does the new car service.
