Dan, I have two different ones. I have owned several of these and ironically they have all been dated 1969. I do not have a listing of the LS5 distributor dates. The two I have are;

1111963 9M22, fairly original with a mint housing, new vacuum advance, points and condenser. $400

1111963 9G28 Day 2 take off and completely virgin original. $500
