Not too many of these running around. Shouldn't this one have red seat belts too?

This one has been for sale before.....or some one has posted that same picture somewhere before.....as I recognize this photo.
Phil and Sam.....these Black / Red '69's are a dime a dozen, LOL :D

Yep, located in Washington state....you're right Dan, it's been for sale quite a few times previously, over a period of a couple years. Unless the documentation is bogus or it's really worse than it appears in pictures, this thing should have sold by now.

Needs a good cleaning and some boeshield and that's about it...
Looks like a beautiful part of the country and somewhere you could really exercise that Chevelle.
Red Deluxe seat belts were an extra cost option.
Black were the standard.

This '69 appears to be an honest car, just not up to show standards. Putting value on these is always difficult due to scarce comparisons. I'd say he's priced right but finding a buyer for a survivor 325hp '69 just isn't as easy as the upper hp cars. Should sell, just may take some time.

Maybe 45K is a little high?

Not sure on a chevy, but I have a 70 GTO white with red interior and it has black belts also.

why is this car not sold....? Seems very fair price for original paint black car. Probably less than a handful in the world.

If you do some research and call the owner and ask the correct questions.....one would easy see and find out why this Chevelle has not sold :(

It's back up for sale...I'd sure like to know what you guys believe is wrong with it. The seller describes a bit more condition info including window leaks, which are obviously a little concerning. What's unbelievably cool are the new pictures of the factory docs, including a build sheet from Washburn Chevrolet in Santa Barbara, CA. Cars from that hi-po dealership are pretty scarce! I spent a few years in Santa Barbara so this car is now really intriguing to me....

FWIW, The "Lifetime Lubrication" card attached to the POP is from some other Chevrolet dealership, possibly in Gardena CA?.....hard to tell as the pictures look blurry to me. Might have been a dealer trade when new.

I knew somebody that worked at Hovey-Dallas back in the day. He ordered a 1969 L78 Camaro with no options to drag race and said that there were high performance cars that would sell out of the dealer sometimes.
