I sold for Caterpillar for 25 plus years and we always had issues with mechanicals that came out of burned machines. My experience is I'd personally stay far away, especially for that price.

It sure looks that way. For a much lower price it may be wort something just for the pieces. The fact that the manifold didn't melt may say just how hot it got.
