Neat car, I'd drive it as-is.

Standard interior with deluxe door panels. I hate to see C clip eliminators installed on these rare rear ends.

Yes, sounds like the interior color was changed so some things were (incorrectly) swapped. Agree on the C-clip eliminators, ugh....

Exterior color was also changed, from Frost green.

Interior color too, Kool old Camaro, looks like it could be a real Z28. The rear is too late to be original to the car.

I saw this car the other night and started a thread on the CRG:
http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=16133.msg145397#msg145397

"So I saw this ad for a 69Z on ebay, and thought ok at first, nice patina, driver type car. But the more I looked over the pics, the more I suspected this never was a Z car. Rear end is nowhere close to the right date, the shifter location looks all wrong to me, besides it is the wrong assembly unit. The last line of the auction says it has a tilt column, and made me think it may have been a shift on the column, that someone converted to floor shift.

The amazing thing is this car is bid up to 32k, reserve not met?

(Has a aftermarket cross ram, but come on, what am I missing here?)"

I don't see many things that point to this being a real Z. I am perplexed that this car has bid up so high.

Chrome gills, but no gutter trim, wheel well trim or rocker trim.

Looks like a hodge podge of parts throw together. I dont see anything that nails it down as a real Z/28. The brake booster is a chinese repop. Some of the other details I see in pics dont impress.

Almost $41k now, unreal.

Hmm...relisted for $38k with no reserve. Seems to suggest there was some funny business going on with the previous bidding.

Up for sale again...think this is the third time it's been relisted.

Ha! Seller must've been reading your other thread where the mag wheels have made the cars look more appealing!

THE VINTAGE E.T MAGS AND BIAS PLY TIRES DO NOT COME WITH THE CAR ...BUT ARE AVAIL FOR AN EXTRA $600
