'71 Z/28, Great docs & color combo

What a beautiful car. I can't remember ever seeing one that was white on blue from the factory. Great docs too.

I'm not a Camaro guy, so was 1970 the last tear for the 12 bolt in a Z28? I would have thought '71 would still have a 12 bolt.

From '71 to '81 all Camaros and Firebirds got the 8.5 10 bolt, no matter what engine/transmission was installed.

Just bolt on. They could be removed easily. I guess someone didn't want the body to crack.

I owned this car from 1993-98 , it was an original solid rust free car . it didnt have the frame connectors on it at the time i had it . i have some original photos from the day the original owner picked up the car . also have the original license plate .

Could you get a low rear spoiler on a 71 car?

I'm not sure of the change over date but earlier cars received the short spoilers.

I tried to upload the pictures I have but it wouldn’t take them . This car was owned by the original owner till 1984 . He painted the car pearl white with blue stripes in the early 70s and did some custom work like headers and lots of chrome , hinges , pulleys , brackets etc .
I purchased the car in 1993 for 8,400 and it had 45k miles on it . At the time I had the car it was still pearl white with blue stripes .
The short spoiler is original to the car . I contacted the current owner about purchasing it and he wants 60 k , more then I think it’s worth .
If anyone purchases the car they are welcome to all the paperwork and photos I have for the car .
