Hi Everyone, I have a nice pair of NOS tires here.
They are not repops, obviously original tires, see photos. The residue from the long lost Polyglas thin paper tag is still evident.
They don't seem to have ever been mounted and are covered in barn-dust; I left them as-is, up to you to decide to clean or not. They certainly haven't been driven on; the nubs are still present.
These should be for a show car - I'm not sure I would drive on them as there is some cracking as shown, but they present well for 40+ year old tires and are more than suitable for a show car / display, I would think.
These are DOT tires and the date codes are:
MBKW DL0187 - I believe to mean the 18th week of 1977
MBKW DL0167 - the 16th week of 1977; a matched pair!
$250 plus actual shipping.
