Both have paper, but will take some work.... This is another seller who's using a nice set of wheels and tires to sell the '69, but aren't included in the sale...just FYI ;-)

The '69 has GM Canada docs (350hp 396/M21/3.73) and the '70 has a partial build sheet (350hp 396/M21/3.31).

Both must have been pretty neat cars when new....

The LS5 car he has listed looks like a much better project.

I talked to the previous owner listed on the Canadian documents. There is a reason he paints them flat Black....

No doubt. Like many others here I try and avoid cars and sellers where black primer has been freshly applied to cover up all the sin. Add some NOS sheet metal to that one and there something to build from though?

Everyone tackles a project in a different way but the previous owner said he would have installed a complete floor, trunk, quarters and outer wheel houses, not to mention he said the roof was beat up pretty good along with one of the rockers was damaged. I love the options and colors but cooled off after talking to the previous owner. I thought the floors and trunk looked pretty good in the pictures so who knows?
