Can anyone tell me what these seat belts came out of originally? Owner claims 1969 Nova, I have never seen red seat belts in a 1969 Nova.
Can you show more then that?..what do the floor retractors look like?
I have 4 sets of different colored 1969 & 1970 brushed metal Deluxe seat belts from Chevelles & Monte Carlos, and all have 1902-1912-1952 Model #s on them.
My Red set in My 1970 Chevelle has those as well.

I do not have them, A FB friend has them in his 1969 Nova SS I do not think they are for a Nova I have a 1969 Nova Ss with red interior and it has black belts from the factory. That is why I question if they are for a Nova. here is a picture of my Nova.
Think black seatbelts came automatically in a 1969 Nova w/red interior from the factory.
Customer had to pay extra for the color matching Deluxe brushed metal red seatbelt webbing if desired.

All 1969 Novas with red interior had deluxe interior and bucket seats. Are you sure there was an option to change the color?

Pretty sure it was the same as Camaro.
Black standard belts in a red interior. Red deluxe belts if optioned.

Those belts could definitely be original.

I would ask, If this Nova is Canadian built....as I believe those Hamill belts came out of a Canadian Built car.

Hamill was widely used in the US plants. One of 3 or 4 belt suppliers.

Dan...
All of the 3rd gen Novas, at least up till 1971 were made in Willow Run, Michigan...they were shipped to Canada, but none were produced there.

**I think the 69 Nova red bucket seat interior is the best looking one they ever made...it was one year only...and pretty rare. I almost bought a 69 Cortez Silver L-34 Nova with that interior...shoulda, coulda..woulda :rolleyes2:
1969 salesman lit to confirm what has been said and were RPO ZK-3.

The bright trim around the instrument cluster is a mystery! I can read what it says, but there are 3 different versions of the 'bright trim', and we've not yet figured out the application logic. For example, all of the Yenko Deuce Novas have RPO ZJ3, but don't have additional bright trim on the cluster....
