Neat car, would be a fun summer driver. Wonder what the original color was.

I believe T2 is Carousel Red which looks like the current color.
Cool car for sure.

Big USMC population in that area back then (closed bases now). Good chance a Devil Dog picked this up. Can anyone name the two Marine Corps Air Bases in operation during the Vietnam war in Orange County?

----The PHS lists it as a 4-speed. He says it was a 350 2-barrel new. Confusing as the PHS also says 400! Why would he change to auto?......Bill S

I think you clicked on the wrong ebay ad. Theres another orange (previously green) convert that has a 350 2 barrel auto.
The ad description from the original post says:
1969 Pontiac Firebird. Real 400, 4 speed car. New power convertible top. M20, 4 speed. 355 safey track, engine is period 400, 4 bl. 48 heads. Rust free car in Minnesota now, but car spent previous life in California. Never rusty. We used the car as a summer driver. Runs and drives great. Feel free to call with questions.

What's up with ebay? Whenever I try to look at an old listing, it says "The listing you’re looking for is no longer available. Check out this similar item we found for you." And shows me a different car.
Looks like the same thing happened to Bill.
Original auction was: https://www.ebay.com/itm/332663959185, but that now takes you to item xxx44403.

Looks like an Ebay change in the last month. I can still look at some old auctions that have ended but nothing that has ended lately.
