Seller is claiming this is an original 400 small-block, 4-speed car...anyone know if the 400 was available with the stick in '70?

I put a 400 in a 69 Z years ago. Almost impossible to find a correct flywheel. Eventually found a truck setup. Never knew they had 400 4 spd in passenger car. Must be pretty rare !!

Very rare for any Monte to have a 4 speed. I *think* like 650 or so with all engine configs? I used to have a 402/4 Speed black cherry, That was a nice car.

Relisted...and the seller is throwing in 'GM fenders' and some other body parts. Could be a decent deal if NOS.

Also states it is NOT a vinyl top car...looks like it must have had a Gobi Beige painted upper.

Talk about a special order car!

Always liked these cars, always wonder why I see so few. My body shop teacher had one in the late 70s he painted black lacquer, very sharp.
