Greetings all,I have Standard 1970-1981 Camaro,Chevelle,Monte Carlo 11" Gm Disc brakes on front,Ford 9" in rear with 15/16 wheel cylinders.I have a Raybestos MC,PN 36306 which has a 1 1/8 Bore.I have ZERO Brake line pressure.I cant even build enough pressure to bleed the lines.I bench bled the M/C and there is NO Resistance or pressure build-up in system at all. I was told NEVER put a M/C bigger than 1" BORE on a MANUAL DISC Brake car or the pedal will be HARD..Anybody have the answers to my Pain?Anyone have a Similar setup on there car? What EXACTLY did you use for a M/C?Thanks

If you are bench bleeding the master cylinder and get no pressure whatsoever then the master cylinder is bad. It could have rolled one of the internal o-rings on the plunger, letting all the fluid to move past when you press the plunger.

The best way to check it, is after it is what you think "Bench Bled", pull both lines off the master cylinder and install BRASS plugs (I have had plastic plugs blow out). If the pedal is not hard, the Master Cylinder has failed.
