My car is an unrestored 1969 Nova SS and I have never seen a wiper motor with these stamps on it.
Has anyone ever seen these stampings prior?

Can't speak for '69 Novas,but I've seen those on many GM wiper motors,including 1970 Chevelles.

Yes those are manufacturing plant production stamps

I just realized that the stamp says "March" my
car was built in April.
