That stamping? Maybe it was a 834? Not sure why the 7 has a X through it?

I have a 9H6 and a 9H25 date saved. That one looks like a stamper to me JMO.

In my opinion Mikey is right. It looks like it was altered to look like an 837 and I have never seen any August of 69 dated 837's besides 9H6 and 9H25. That 7 does not look good...

FWIW the new listing for an 837 by same seller doesn't look any better.....
