IF as stated it has a Body broadcast then that is about as good of factory paper as you can ask for. The tag is real and doesn't look to have been removed, the DZ stamp isn't at all out of place with what is available to see... the door panels look to be factory originals - such a difference between original VS reproduction... even the best repros.

The auction ended at $52K. Did the car come home to a member here?

Wonder why the certification states no documentation, when there is a build sheet and POP.....

I was just looking at that this morning as well. Jerry usually inspects docs or asks if there are any with the car. For him to write that at the time of inspection makes me wonder?
The eBay listing also states it was reinspected in 2018 so why no update on the car having docs?

Regardless of when or where it was found IMHO The body broadcast is absolutely 100% REAL, the POP is icing, however they aren't as trust worthy as broadcast's.
It shows the Z28 engine in the engine RPO (G), the cowl induction Air Cleaner (DG) along with ZL2 in the notes. Great docs with a great color combo and a REAL 4.10 COWL INDUCTION CAR!

The BBC is original and matches the car. The POP is a warranty replacement.
The docs were not present when Jerry inspected it, for whatever reason. I've know about the docs and the car for over 12 years, fwiw.
We do have warranty transfer papers, it has carbon copy of original pop

In the listing this PO says he owned the Z for 3 years and bought it from Hendrick Performance (Charlotte NC).
