Ever read the article by the late Steve Collison on the SC 360 loaner? He picks up Da Grump from the airport in one, by the end of the ride everyone including Bill beats the hell out of this thing power shifting. Jenkins commented.... “ It’s a pretty good running Nash”.

My father built that car and was in the movie! Car was built like a race car, it had a full roll cage and was center drive. 6 cyl auto and hit the ramp at around 42 mph (2x4 as a pedal stop).
They did the stunt in one take and I have pictures.
