I think the brass looking nuts in the bag are for a rear spoiler, and the large TR bolts are for mounting 4 speed trans to bell housing.

All that's left is the battery tray, the headlight adjust screws, the window crank, the water pump fitting, the bellhouse bolts and the clutch linkage from this assortment. Thanks
