All those options and they couldn’t check one more box to upgrade the 307? Aside from that, a very nice car.
I suspect insurance premiums was why they didn't,due to a bad driving record.

From the ad:
"The car [N675217] is reportedly the last production 1969 Camaro convertible ever made from the Norwood OH assembly plant."
"This car has been featured on a two-page magazine article explaining the research done to document the last convertible."
The owner of this car has been making that claim for nearly 20 years; it is not even close to the last 1969 Camaro convertible built. The CRG database, covering less than 5% of total production, has 35 convertibles built after this car. In addition, there have been 19 others for sale on line.
We are accustomed to 'puffery' in Camaro ads; basically exaggeration. The claims go beyond that.
This is the latest convert I know of, on ebay March 2018. Built 66 days after N675217, 9 days prior to the end of production.

Same old claims that are wrong.
100% original? The engine looks fluffed. And the car wouldn't have hood insulation, esp aftermarket insulation.
