torque thrust style wheel ID needed

I have a couple of these rims they have no markings. The rims are 2 piece design with a inner steel rim design. There is no logo on it at all

Are those 14" or 15"?

Bill Stephenson is looking for an original set of 15"....but he needs a complete set of 4.

Yes they are the same wheel so I guess they are Keystone thanks for the info
